POKEMON POKEMON

Random unorganized Pokemon stuff post GO!!! Starting with this set of Eevee candy toy figures. I have actually amassed an embarrassing amount of Eevee stuff during their merchandise explosion over the past couple of years, but few pictures have been taken. Here's one, though. I loooove this figure set.

Charmander nanoblock model! Nanoblocks are like teeny tiny legos.

Closeup of the simple stylish packaging.

And the contents of the package.

I had a lot of fun putting it together. Makes me wish more of my favorite Pokemon got nanoblock sets.

Charmander completed.

Here are my two Pokemon Petit Charmanders checking out the rather tasty Charmander sausage pastry Pokepan.

Talking Chespin plush! All riiight!

Talking plush boxes are always a delight.

So I took many pictures.

Cute design with little windows!

And here's Chesps out of the box. It's not the cutest Chespin plush, but its talking feature is very adorable. Here's a video and here's another video of Chespin in action.

Open keister for voice box.

Hello.

Candy toy keychains, also produced by Tomy IIRC. I bought these at the grocery store. Ah, Japan...

Pokemon Kids! The Helioptile has such a weak design, but it's still cute.

Chupa Chups figures!

Size comparison. Oh how I so do love tiny figures.

In time for Christmas, the starter trio got seasonal plush dolls at the Pokemon Center.

Cute tag art!

Little blurbs about their fancy accessories.

I believe the Christmas plush were made from the same pattern as the regular Pokemon Center plush, only modified to sitting poses.

It's a good pattern. The Pokemon Center Chespins are my favorite.

Same goes for Fennekin. I didn't really like any of the Tomy Fennekins, so I didn't buy any.

Sitting Fennekin feels a lot less volumous.

All right! We get to the good part! There's a funny story behind these My Pokemon Collection plushies. At the time I lived in a filthy little Japanese small town in the middle of nowhere, long ways away from any fun places.

The only amusement space was at the local shopping mall, and I swear the machine that had MPCs was frigging RIGGED. Yet I prevailed until I proudly and poorly went home with my goals, Charmander and Chespin.

And what a Chespin it is. The Banpresto Chespins, dubbed "Banprespins", just seem so incredibly lazily done compared to the Pokemon Center and Tomy Chespins. The face looks stitched onto the hood, and the face markings are glued on. It's just lopsided and plain ugly! Yet I still had to have it! Gah!!

Here's another Banprespin. It's cuter than the MPC, but suffers from some of the same problems.

And here's a comparison between Pokemon Center, Tomy and Banpresto.

A MOB!!!

Oh, and here's a Christmas keychain. Yaaaay!

Gashapon straps! This Fennekin is special! I love figures with odd face screenings.

Later on when I decided that I definitely "collect" Helioptile, I decided that I needed the Tomy plush. This is an awesome plush and I like it better than the Pokemon Center version.

A collection of Pokemon Center straps!

A cookie tin!

The cookies were very eh.

The tin is adorable.

And now for some fun with my Spongebob miniatures.

Chespin and Fennekin are Not Pleased!!

Who ate the cookies in the cookie jar?

Taking out the trash.

Promotional bottled drink figure straps!!

BINACLE!!! My top favorite Pokemon from X/Y, Binacle, Barbaracle, Phantump and Trevenant, all got clear files like this, but I only got around to photographing one.

My one souvenir from the Tokyo Bay Pokemon Center. Chespin is one of the mascots, but it didn't really get any merchandise aside from this. I went there on its opening day, but it was my first time going to its location, Funabashi, without someone's guidance so I just barely made it! Much thanks to a pleasant Japanese lady with excellent English speaking skills who saw me and my friends looking lost and confused.

Pics from Tokyo Bay!

Giant Chespin statue.

BINACLE!!!

Pokemon Time promotion stuff.

Tokyo Bay-themed stuff.

The main attraction of the Tokyo Bay Pokemon Center, its giant tower shelf of Pokemon plush in the middle!

Here are some fun little Chespin and Fennekin candy toys.

Contents.

Cute lil Chesp!

Here's the Pokemon Center playset assembled. It... went in the trash afterwards.

Ready for your operation?! What is this??

Fennekin's playset.

They connect!! Ooooooohhhhh.

New starter Pokemon zukan figures! I finally get a coveted 1/40 scale Charmander. I didn't realize that Bulbasaur was that huge.

New Charmander and Blaziken Kids. Cutest Charmander Kid or cutest Charmander Kid?

Charmander PitapitaPITAPoke!!!

I love me some PitaPoke. This is an absolutely adorable Charmander.

Talking Chespin figure! I never took any photos of this one outside the packaging.

MEGA Blaziken figure! I'm not very fond of this design, but it's still Blaziken, a Pokemon I very much adore.

And I end this very messy entry with Quilladin and Braixen's first pieces of merchandise, their Tomy Monster Collection figures.

Braixen's such a sass master.

Poofy tail!

Thought it would be cute to take a picture together with their pre-evolutions in Chupa Chups forms. I was correct! All riiiiight!!

Hey there!

I love your Tiny Toons keychains! Do you have a link where you ordered them from? I'd love to buy my own.

Thanks!
