RINKYAAAAAA

You know it's from Rinkya when 80% of the package is filled with newspaper!! If not, the big shiny Rinkya logo should clue you in. WHAT'S INSIDE???

This package is mostly Piyomon themed (remember the entry a while back where I whined about the Y!J seller listing a bazillion Digimon Adventure items?), starting with the oddest little Piyomon figure I've ever seen!

The little slip that came with it.

The back of the slip, a.k.a the INSTRUCTIONS!! Showing you how to... dissect the figures? Haha, told you it was odd.

Sadly, I didn't bother to dissect her. I just put her together! She feels exactly like an eraser, but I won't try to find out if she actually is one.

NEEEXT!! Ohh, this look X-TREEM.

Side and back of the box. GUESS WHICH ONE I GOT!!

If you guessed Garudamon, you were absolutely right... hey wait a minute! Do I have to assemble this one myself??

Bah, moving on. Here's a neat little... badge thingy? The picture changes from Pyocomon to Piyomon to Birdramon to Garudamon. FOUR IN ONE!!

You might think this item looks exactly like one of my hollow Piyomon figures... well THINK AGAIN!! This one has a KEYCHAIN!!

And you might think this Piyomon beanie looks exactly like my other Piyomon beanie. Well think again AGAIN! This is the JAPANESE edition!!

Just to convince myself that I haven't turned into a complete and total sucker, here are the major differences. The Japanese plushie's tag is different, and it's SEWN on! She also has a little plushie tush tag! Also, the non-Japanese version only has beans in her keister, while the Japanese one has 'em in her wings and feet as well! WOW!!

That's all the Piyomon stuff for today. Here's another addition to my Cyandog army! Stingaray-or-whatever-his-name-is tagged along.

Here's a picture of the other keychains in the series. I'm wondering if they were released before the cartoon came out 'cause there are OLDE versions of Peppercat and Brass.

A doll from my latest cartoon addiction, Rozen Maiden! Note the 'Ages 15 and up' note - I bet it's there because the doll is FREAKISHLY fragile, and her limbs fall off all the time!

Was all that packaging REALLY necessary?

Here she is out of the box. My camera just doesn't WORK with Shinku!!

She's about the same size as a Pinky:St figure! How cuuuteeee.

There's no way the REAL Shinku would allow this.

...LOOK MA, I PUT TOGETHER THE TINY BIRDRAMON!! Blah will finish Garudamon later.

Special thanks to Fidel for being an absolute darling and not trying to steal or chew on anything while I opened it! OH HE IS GROWING UP SO FAST!!
