I have decided to name my Leprotto Penny, and because I'm so obsessed with her, she gets the honor of showing you a couple of things I got at Animate today-a!


Penny: Will do! This pin features the character Ren Mihashi from the cartoon Ookiku Furikabutte, but you probably knew that, right?


Penny: Here's a closeup so you can see it better!


Penny: This is what they call a clear file, and it features the character Near from the cartoon Death Note. I think Near should get a Pullip doll.
ME: And that's my haul for today... I have lots of more pics of Penny doing random things in the hotel room though!

Although they're not all that posable at the wrists, I LOVE the Pullip type 1 hands! I'll most definitely give her an obitsu sooner or later though... since I enjoy playing around with my dolls and wouldn't want to risk breaking her fragile expensive original body. Besides, obitsu bodies are the BEST! Think I'm gonna try one of them there new ones, SBH, as I've heard they're EVEN MORE POSABLE.

Right now I'm a bit afraid to pose her around too much as she's my first type 1 Pullip and I don't really know how much she can take. CAAAREFUUUUL!!

On a random note, her hair color is pretty close to my own! Only hers is more pinkish, while mine is more orange-y.

Bonus, a foldery thing she came with that includes a prototype picture of Noir! She looks really rather different, and I think I prefer her like this. Bianca is still prettier though!

I've seen custom Death Note Taeyangs/Pullips of Lighto and L and Misa and Ryuk, but NO NEAR!!! It's so ironic since Near is the king of toys and all.
