TODAY I discovered that my hotel also happens to be pretty close to a Toys R Us! Starting with a couple of Animal Crossing figure sets...


Rosie lived in my town at some point! Mr. Resetti, Tom Nook, Mabel/Sable (I mix their names up, sorry) and Pelly are regulars who can be found in ALL towns.


Blathers, K.K Slider, Crazy Redd, Sable/Mable (SORRY!) and Pete are ALSO regulars!

Pokemon appars to be EVERYWHERE in Japan! That naturally includes Toys R Us. I decided to get the Friends plush dolls of all the DP starters because I love them so! They all look pretty lopsided, but it's a part of their charm gawrsh dang it.


The whole set. I didn't need another Pachirisu and I dislike Darkrai, so yeeaaahh.


Randomly packaged... Clipping Figure? Why are they called that? Because you... clip them to their little bases? I'M CONFUSED!!!!! Either way, these figures are totally rad because their poses are very dynamic.


Monster Collection Dainose, because Dainose has one of the most amazing Pokemon designs EVER. I just get the feeling that its designer WANTED it to look absolutely ridiculous, and that's awesome.

I keep telling myself to limit myself to cartoon and game toys, but these little flocked animal Rement sets were just IMPOSSIBLE to resist! I have a feeling I might continue to buy them until I get the bunny and the bird, so if I end up getting multiples of the same sets, this is where YOU come in and buy them from me! Each set would probably cost... four bucks plus shipping.


This little piggy is really smart. She's learned to use a fork all by herself!


Alcohol is BAD for you, but I believe these little hamsters would fit perfectly into a Pullip-sized hand! Ooh, aah.


CUTE!! They're wearing little Santa hats, so they're probably Santa's little helper hamsters. GREAT BOUNCING ICEBERGS!

The Pochama Friends plush is actually quite rare - Last time I only found one of them in all the stores I visited! :O

I love those Rement Animal sets. I've seen so many similar ones in Japan, and they're so CUTE. Not to mention well-detailed. I love Mr. Resetti too XD

And.... I don't know why they're called clipping figures either :x There's a second series somewhere out there too. They're still really nifty <3

Animal Crossing sets! :D Sweet! I really wish we'd get something like that over here! or at least a plush or two. :/ (Only nintendo characters that seem to be in abundance here is Mario and his crew. :P)
